Position Description:
The Sr. Oracle Business Analyst will play an important role in the full systems life cycle of this global organization. The BA will be responsible for gathering and evaluating business requirements, configuration and setup, testing, implementing, maintaining and supporting applications software that is delivered on time and within budget. Some responsibilities include providing solutions for break/fix, continuous improvements, and small to complex projects. Your experience working in a Manufacturing environment, as well as your knowledge of the Financials, Oracle Projects, Manufacturing or Order Management modules as well as your excellent communication skills will give you the edge in providing the necessary link between the technical team and the business users.
Required Skills and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field (or equivalent work experience).
· 3 + Years Oracle 11i eBusiness Suite—Manufacturing or Oracle Projects or Financials
· Experience in requirements gathering, systems analysis, design and solid understanding of functional setups, quality assurance and implementation methodologies.
· ability to write basic SQL queries.
· Experience with Oracle Workflow is strongly desired- with one or more of the following: MRP, WIP, BOM, INV, OM, PO, Projects, Mobile Supply Chain (MSCA), Service, Field Service, Depot Repair
· Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
· Manufacturing Industry experience is crucial
