Our Process
Our recruiters are constantly sourcing candidates for the various positions we have. Because our positions have a brief window of opportunity, we generally work hard to instill a sense of urgency with all candidates and move you through the process as quickly as possible.
- Step One: Email Resume
- Step Two: Once your resume is received, Inquest will review it and if deemed qualified, Inquest will contact you by phone.
- Step Three: Pre-screen phone call (usually takes 5-10 minutes)
- Step Four: If you pass the pre-screen, you will be asked to participate in a more formal interview. (That may be scheduled for some agreed upon time in the future in our office or most likely will be done right then on the phone.
- Step Five: If Inquest determines that you are in fact a fit for any opening, we will contact the client, introduce you, and try to set up a meeting between the you and the employer.
Additionally, if Inquest deems you a qualified candidate, but does not have any current positions that are a good match; we will keep your information on file, so that we can contact you when a position that does in fact match your skills, qualifications and interests opens up.
